Grassmeyer Homes Inc. is a local building group founded by Bryan Grassmeyer that specializes in custom, semi-custom, single family and multifamily products.
With over 25 years experience as a craftsman, he has become known for his personal, hands-on approach to design and detail on each new home. This same focus has carried over to the design and development of Market Place Townhomes.

Bryan is a member of the National Association Home Builders, member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, and a member of the Storm Water Advisory Committee for the City of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. In addition to construction, Bryan was involved with the music industry for over 30 years and inducted into the Nebraska Music Hall of Fame in 2002. __________________________________________________________________________
